The team that ripped this game didn"t notice the installer is installing "Step by step" libraries (aka WinSxS located in windows dir).

Those libraries are necessary to run "GameLauncher.exe" , it wont run otherwise (non-explicit error message displayed).

Having a look at the cab files on DVD root of iso, you can find evidence of what we are talking about:

Here are few examples of files you have in cabs :
